Provides overall direction, chairs trustee meetings and represents the temple to the wider community.
Shree Raghunath Temple is a non-profit religious organisation guided by a Board of Trustees and run day-to-day by an elected Executive Committee, supported by dedicated volunteer sub-committees and our resident panditji team.
The Trustees provide long-term vision, safeguard the temple's spiritual and financial integrity, and represent the founding sangat.
Provides overall direction, chairs trustee meetings and represents the temple to the wider community.
Supports the Chair, deputises when needed and oversees long-term project planning.
Oversees the financial health of the temple, the annual budget and major fund initiatives.
Works with the panditji team on the religious calendar, ceremonies and ritual standards.
Stewards the temple property, dome project, expansion and ongoing maintenance.
Liaises with member families, sub-committees and external community partners.
The elected Executive Committee runs day-to-day operations of the temple, with each role serving a fixed term.
Leads the executive committee, chairs general body meetings and is the principal spokesperson of the temple.
Supports the President, coordinates between committees and leads strategic initiatives.
Maintains records, coordinates communications, schedules meetings and manages official correspondence.
Manages day-to-day finances, donations, receipts, vendor payments and the annual financial report.
Assists the Secretary, supports event coordination and member outreach activities.
Supports the Treasurer in donation tracking, receipts and financial reconciliations.
Specialised volunteer groups run the many programs and services of the temple.
Plans the religious calendar, festivals, kathas and works with our panditji team on rituals.
Organises Diwali, Holi, Navratri, Janmashtami, Karwa Chauth and other major celebrations.
Runs Hindi classes, yoga classes and youth cultural programs throughout the year.
Manages hall bookings, weddings, anniversaries and community gathering logistics.
Newsletter, social media, announcements, calendar and devotee communications.
Onboards new volunteers, coordinates seva schedules and manages membership records.
Leads the Temple Support Drive, Dome Project, Navagraha Sponsorship and annual fund campaigns.
Stewards the temple property, gardens, parking and ongoing maintenance.
Engages teens and young adults through dharmic learning, seva projects and cultural events.
